It is amazing to see the baby growing inside. We were not lucky enough to see what our little one is yet (boy or girl), but we are waiting anxiously to find out. I am feeling great. Everyone said that as soon as you hit the 2nd trimester the nausea and fatigue would go away... boy were they right. It was like a light switch flipped. I have energy and can eat whatever I want again. This ultrasound was amazing to see, the baby was moving and grooving in there. It was so surreal to see this little being moving inside of me. I can't wait to feel it dancing like we saw it doing in the ultrasound.

Hello everyone!! Things are moving along well according to our doctor. This was taken last week at 12 weeks. It is kind of difficult to see, but the baby is face up in the picture. The best thing about our appointment was we got to hear the heartbeat!! It was truly amazing and a little surreal. I am starting to show a little pooch so it is finally sinking in, but it really hit us listening to the heart. The next big thing will be feeling it move and then finding out what we are having. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the next appointment will be the revealing appointment. I will post again after the next appointment to keep everyone up-to-date. Love to all!!!

Kris & I are so excited about having a baby!! And of course a little scared at the same time. We are having a fun time dreaming and imaging what our baby will look like and be like. I hope it has his hair, our eyes and his sports ability. He just hopes it is a boy!!! I will keep posting here after each appointment to let everyone know what is going on. And yes I might even let Kris take pictues of my belly once I start showing, we will see. I am feeling fine, although it is amazing what happens to your body during this wonderful time. Nausea and sleepiness are just a bump in the road to a blessing from God. Thank you to everyone who has emailed us and shared wishes and prayers. It is so nice to know everyone cares and is thinking about us. We love you all. Will post again soon.
